The Charles M. Hewison Memorial Scholarship

We can’t simply believe in equality in education. We have to create it.

The Charles M. Hewison Memorial Scholarship provides financial aid to female, minority, or economically disadvantaged high school students or recent graduates interested in a career in aviation. Receiving a scholarship can make a real difference in a student’s life, and helping young people get closer to a career, is one of the most satisfying gifts you can give.

Hewison Aviation is an existing and experienced aircraft pilot training school with an FAA Part 141 certification that can create more aircraft pilots with your help. We have aircraft pilot training locations in Central and Eastern New York State. We are creating scholarships for high school minority, economically disadvantaged, female and/or other deserving students. We have an existing curriculum designed to provide students with a meaningful aviation education with the goal to become aircraft pilots.

Let’s look at pilot education differently and reach an underrepresented population for community and pilot growth!

You can make a difference!
